What happens after you install the software?

The AstoundSound Expander 2.1 automatically starts each time you log in to your computer. You can use the enable and disable feature to do listening comparisons and adjust settings at anytime.

Controlling Expander 2.1

From the preference pane you can:

• Increase or decrease the amount of AstoundSound Expansion.
• Switch listening modes on demand. Meaning you can adjust from settings that are made for music, movies and games.
• Create customizable keyboard short-cuts that allow you to switch between listening modes.

Hearing the difference

You can hear the AstoundSound effect through your computer's built-in stereo speakers, headphones or external stereo speakers connected to your computer.

Another fun way to hear AstoundSound is to connect the line-out (headphone) jack of your computer to an available input on your home stereo receiver.
